CPR/First Aid

CPR
Cardiac Arrest is the leading cause of death for adults in the United States. Each year 350,000 people suffer cardiac arrests while out-of-hospital, about 70% of those occur in homes. When called on to do CPR, it most likely will be a family member who is depending on you to save their life.

Properly performing CPR in the first few minutes of a cardiac arrest can double or triple the chance of survival.

CPR only takes a few hours to learn and can make ALL the difference in the life of the person suffering a cardiac arrest.

First Aid

Can you recognize life-threatening injuries and illnesses? Do you know what to do to help save lives?

Accidents and illnesses happen at home, at work, and in your community every day. Be prepared to help. At work injuries kill about 2.3 million people each year, averaging 15 each day in the US.

About 1/3 of all injuries occur at home. You may be the difference between life and death for one of your loved ones. Knowing what to do and being there to do it can save the life of one of your loved ones or friends.

First Aid only takes a few hours to learn and can make ALL the difference in the life of the person who is injured or ill.

It's easy, convenient, and inexpensive!

Contact us today to sign up for a class or take advantage of our blended learning training that allows you to learn at home, on your own time, at your own pace.

We can also bring the training to you with groups of 10 or more.

At the completion of training, you will receive an electronic Student Manual and Electronic Certification Card.
